Reservations are now open for our special Les Mills BODYFLOW® class, a yoga-based class, ideal for anyone and everyone. Improve your mind, your body and your life as you strengthen and center yourself.
During Les Mills BODYFLOW® an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves embracing elements of Tai Chi, Pilates & controlled breathing techniques. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and Chris will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.
