Join us in our September ab challenge and crunch your way through to get a chance to win a $25 gift card! From September 1-September 30, 2019, participate in the daily ab & core challenge and receive a raffle ticket each time to be entered to win.
Register at the Member Services desk for the Abs challenge.
Challenges must be completed in front of a designated staff member. All Y staff are welcome to participate!
Ab stations will be available in the fitness center and specific group exercise classes. 1 challenge per class/venue.
