Squat Until You Drop! 1000 Squats in 25 Days Fitness Challenge

 

Squats are a fundamental movement that every human is designed to do. But because of current lifestyle, involving lots of sitting, many of us have lost the ability to squat properly. Join us for this special challenge to get back in tip "squat" shape... 40 squats a day to equal 1,000 squats in 25 days!

Body Weight Squats
Wall Squats
Jumping Squats
Barbell Squats
Sumo Squats
Box Squats
TRX Squats

 

Need guidance on how to squat properly? See a Fitness Center staff member, they are happy to help you!

To enter the challenge, join on the SAY Mobile App and track your squats daily using the Record a Workout feature. Select Record Manually and then the workout type 40 Squats Daily Challenge. Then, enter the duration it took you to complete in minutes.

The top 5 finishers will be entered into a raffle to receive prizes!
