On Thursday, July 4th, 2019, There will be a Special Group exercise Schedule and Special Branch Hours at the Summit YMCA (all other branches will be closed) 

 

7:15-7:45AM Les Mills SPRINT with Briana (Spin Room)
8:00-8:55AM-Hot Primal Yoga with Susan (Yoga Room)
8:15-9:00AM-TRX Circuit with Peggy (Auditorium)
9:15-10:00AM-Cycling with Kris (Spin room)
10:30-11:30AM-Glide Fit with Susan (Triangle Room)
10:30-11:45AM Hatha Flow with Risa (Yoga Room)

COST: Free for Members
         $20 for Non-Members

 

The Summit YMCA will be open on July 4th, 2019
from 7:00AM - 12:00PM

 


Since group size is limited, pre-reservations are strongly recommended. Reservations are available - two weeks prior to class - through the SAY Mobile App or our Online Schedules tab.
