What's a mile a day you say? Improvement to your cardiovascular endurance, heart health & toned calf muscles! All Berkeley Heights YMCA members are invited to join in 'A Mile a Day in May' fitness challenge.
Get your mile in anywhere -- walking, running or jogging -- indoors, outdoors, at the Y or at home, just join the challenge on the SAY Mobile app to log your miles! Do you have Fitbit, Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal, etc.? Connect it to our app to automatically log your miles! Or take a picture of the treadmill screen using the Record a Workout feature. Eligible workouts include, walking, jogging, running, hiking, the treadmill, elliptical trainer, rowing and the stair stepper. Only 1 mile can be earned per day. Our top 10 finishers will be entered into raffle to receive prizes! Don't miss out!
