Change Up Your Workout Routine with Cardio HIIT 45

Join us in Cardio HIIT 45 with Denise! This 45 minute free form class is the perfect workout to keep your body from entering the plateau from reaching your fitness goals. This class will alternate between high intensity exercises and low intensity exercises and/or short periods of rest. Work all muscle groups with varying exercises focusing on cardio, strength and core. We'll be using a variety of equipment including resistance bands, balls, weights, benches and more!
