10 Week Plyo Fit Bootcamp Challenge Begins March 18!

Join the intense 10 week challenge of attending 75% of plyo bootcamp style classes to win prizes! Begins Monday, March 18!

These classes are perfect for the health seeker interested in improving speed and power through quick, explosive compound movements typically with bodyweight or light loads like box jumps, jump squats and more. This uses maximum effort and force in a short period of time, making you stronger and faster!
