BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ, February 7, 2019 -- The Capital Campaign is securing philanthropic support for a new construction of the Berkeley Heights YMCA, Berkeley Heights Community Pool at the YMCA and a renovation of the Summit YMCA. The long-term success of the Y facilities will ensure people are healthier, happier and stronger as we continue to adapt to the changing needs of our growing community.

The YMCA is grateful to Investors Foundation for their long-standing partnership with the YMCA and their continued investment in our community.

"Investors Bank has been a community partner for our Y for over a decade. We are so proud and fortunate to have leaders like Kevin Cummings and Investors Bank supporting our mission and our vision for the future," says Paul Kieltyka, Summit Area YMCA President & CEO.

To date, the YMCA has secured $1.67 million in support of the $7 million fundraising goal for the Capital Campaign. Construction is underway for the Berkeley Heights Y and Community Pool and the new building is scheduled to open in early 2020. Architectural designs for the Summit renovation are currently being prepared and the renovation is scheduled to begin in mid 2020.
