Need a way to settle down after a long stressful week? The Berkeley Heights YMCA is offering two Friday evening class series that will help you quiet your mind and decompress after your week.
Friday Restorative Yoga will be offered on the third Friday of the month for three months. Friday Meditation will be offered on the fourth Friday of the month for three months. Sign up for one or both! Your mind and body will thank you!
Release tension and stress by using props, bolsters and blankets to support the body in yoga postures. Expect a relaxing and gentle class suitable for everyone.
