  • Earn points for all of your activities both inside and outside of the YMCA
  • Get access to your FREE Y Wellness Navigator who will support you and your goals, plus keep you accountable
  • Gain a real approach to long term healthy lifestyle
  • Win great prizes along the way while focusing on your health and wellness

Level up Challenge (6 weeks)


Bring your workout to the next level!

CHALLENGE START DATE OPTIONS: 1/1, 1/7 or 1/14.

 

  • Earn points for trying featured classes and featured equipment.
  • Have a personal wellness navigator at your fingertips to support you and help you set new goals.
  • Gain a real approach to long term healthy lifestyle
  • Win great prizes along the way while focusing on your building on your current fitness level
