Learn simple supportive practices to help deal with anxiety and life’s stresses.
Develop a “toolbox” of techniques to quiet emotions, relax the body and steady the mind through yoga postures breathing, mediation, energy work, and journaling. Journals will be provided on the first day. Take charge of your own health and become empowered.
