What exactly is Small Group Training?

It's a class that combines that best of both worlds in group exercise and personal training! In a small group of between 4-10 people, an instructor/trainer works with you and gets to know exactly what each person needs to reach their wellness goals. Your posture, techniques and form get closer attention then a large group exercise class, and exercises are structured to help you in a fun, supportive environment!
