Try Warm Vinyasa Flow Yoga on Friday mornings at our Summit branch. This class links yoga postures seamlessly and teaches you how to move with breath. Try Hot Pilates on Thursday mornings at the Summit YMCA, a class designed to incorporate mindfulness of breath with sculpting exercises to work efficiently and effectively while strengthening the core, sculpting and lengthening muscles, improving flexibility and strength.
