STRONG by Zumba, is high intensity interval training class. But make no mistake, it's no dance class. STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training exercises synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move - motivating you to burn those calories and earn those muscles. You'll be sweating and working hard with every squat, every lunge, every burpee which is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more!
