PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

WELLNESS COACHING

Have a difficult time setting/achieving goals? Meet licensed wellness coach Tracy for a personalized coaching session for $30. Follow-ups available 4/$100.

Your coach will provide guidance, support and accountability to help you achieve success.

NUTRITION COUNSELING 

Is diet your main concern? Meet our staff nutritionist Sue for $30 - 1st session, complimentary follow-ups during the 8-week program.

You will receive on-going support, personalized information, realistic and individualized goals that allow for lasting lifestyle changes, amazing recipes, motivation, sample grocery lists, meal planning assistance, advice on avoiding fad diets, objective feedback and tools to avoid lifestyle diseases.
