BARRE BOUNCE brings simple yet challenging barre routines combined with a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline with handle bar for a fun, dynamic workout. Classic barre exercises are performed on the trampoline with low impact interval bounces to bring the heart rate up and improve your barre fitness technique.
**Participants are recommended to have familiarity with barre foundations prior to attending this class**
