Gentle Yoga For Everyone Comes to Summit

A special yoga class designed to focus on breathing and mindfulness will be offered at the Summit YMCA.

[SUMMIT, NJ] (October 25) An effective Gentle Yoga class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, noncompetitive environment that is welcoming to all. These classes include lots of gentle stretches, breathing, asanas and relaxation. Gentle Yoga is great for beginners or anyone that wants to focus on stretching, mindfulness and stress relief.

Sundays 9-10:30AM with Mary (Summit Rm) - Starts on November 5.

Wednesdays 7-8PM with Lia (Yoga Rm) - Starts on November 1.

Fridays 10:00-11:00AM with Christine (Summit Rm) - Starts on November 3.
