From engaging discussions, gentle movement, to instructor-led meditation, this workshop is your gateway to inner peace, balance, and harmony. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to meditation, Dr. Beatrice Schwarzkopf – a seasoned yoga instructor, psychologist, and mindfulness professional with over two decades of experience – will guide you through this transformative journey.
