The Summit Area YMCA, located at 67 Maple Street Summit, NJ is waiving the joining fee for residents of (New Providence/Short Hills) during the month of April! The Summit YMCA is a family facility that helps members meet their health and wellness goals with state of the art equipment and dedicated instructors!
Membership at the Y includes 3 fitness rooms, 2 pools, 6 class studios with over 100 classes and a full sized basketball court with rock wall! Group exercise classes include Spin, Yoga, Body Pump, Barre, TRX, Hot Yoga, Zumba, Body Combat and Primal Fitness just to name a few! The Summit Y also has dedicated personal training and wellness coaching for a one on one wellness experience! Members can also get fitness assessments and personalized workouts via our ActivTrax system.
The Summit Y has programs for children of all ages! Classes include Kidventures, Chess, Tae Kwon Do, Ninja Warrior, STEM Saturdays and Rockwall Climbing. Youth sports include soccer, basketball and tennis. We provide swimming classes that meet the needs of all levels of swimmers. Then in the summer our renowned camps ensure our children have the best summer ever! Our Teen Center provides programs that promote leadership, volunteerism and community involvement. Older Adults can enjoy Mahjong, Bridge, Book Groups, Lunch and Learns, Pickleball and more!
