Holiday Care is offered by The Berkeley Heights YMCA Child Care Center on school vacation days, such as teacher conventions, holidays, winter and spring vacations, when your child's school is closed and the Child Care Center at the Berkeley Heights YMCA is open. The program is offered to students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade (up to 6th Grade for New Providence students) from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Children from all school districts are welcome to participate in the Holiday Care Program.
Enrollment for holiday care is available year round in addition to after school care or on selected dates of your choosing (see school calendar for scheduled holiday care dates). After school care participants receive holiday care savings when bundled together.
Drop in rates for after school care participants is $105/day. Drop in rates for non after school care participants is $125/day.
An active Summit Area YMCA Membership is required to register for any childcare or summer camp programs. If you do not have a family membership, a Youth Membership (Ages 12 & Under) may be purchased for each child billed annually at $110 per year/per child. If you had a membership previously and are having trouble reactivating it, please complete the Membership Change Request form.
