Sports camp is designed for the sports enthusiast.
Week 1 of each session focuses on the essentials of the sport. Campers learn the skills and drills of each sport. Week 2 of the session brings it all together as campers participate in games, tournaments and go on a field trip that coincides with the sports they are learning.
Using the Y Super Sports Model, campers will learn through the “games approach” method. They will develop skills and techniques while learning the value of sportsmanship and fair play. Each camp day will include drills, skill development, learning the rules of the game and actual play. Mornings are designed to focus on playing the sport of that session. Kids play all sports in the afternoon. Full-day campers will also have the opportunity to swim 2-3 times per week depending on trip schedule. Register
