Power Plate Private Session
Use vibration technology to improve flexibility and mobility , and to enhance post exercise recovery, improve balance and stability.
Fee: $40 per 30 minute session.

A great way to build overall body strength and cardio fitness.
Train with a former Golden Glove competitor. Class consists of intervals including the heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope and mitt work with the trainer! Small Group Intensive classes also available.

Designed by a Navy SEAL, the TRX Suspension Trainer is a complete total-body training tool that helps take you to the next level of performance. Harness your own body weight to create resistance and adjust the degree of difficulty (from 5 to 100 percent of your body weight) whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete.
The TRX Suspension Trainer improves strength, core stability, flexibility, balance, biomechanics, and range of motion. The unique combination of body-weight-based training equipment and exercises is the first of its kind. It focuses on the body as a completely integrated structural system.

Fitness Assessment Program
Using the latest scientific Microfit equipment, you can have us assess your body composition (body weight and body fat), blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-respiratory efficiency (VO2). STRIVE TO LOSE - Nutrition Counseling program
Learn to incorporate fitness and nutrition strategies into your current lifestyle through this 8-week program designed to educate and motivate you toward a healthy weight goal. Each class will include a 45-minute nutrition lecture followed by a circuit workout using the Strive strength training equipment.
