VolunTeens Summer Program
For Teens (ages 14 to 16. Help make a difference in your community this July by volunteering your time at local non-profit organizations. Launched in the Summer of 2012, the Summer VolunTeens Program gives high school students exposure to valuable and rewarding work experiences while fulfilling community service requirements. lets get ready
A free SAT and college preparation program for low-income, minority and first-generation college aspirants. Students learn test-taking techniques, get help with college essays, and more — all from volunteer coaches who are themselves college students. Additional activities include information on financial aid, how to select the right college and a local college tour.

achievers college tours
An Achievers tradition, students visit a variety of colleges over the course of several days. In past years, students have visited colleges in the tri-state area, the Mid-Atlantic States, Washington, DC and Virginia. Tours are held annually and are made possible through your generous support of our annual Campaign and via direct grants. Teen Zone
Teen Zone is an after school place for 7th and 8th graders to participate in activities that interest them. Teens have the freedom to pick and choose from a number of structured activities or elect for social time with friends.
Programs run from March 4 to April 19
Mondays through Friday, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Hubbard Gym
(closed April 1-5) Drop in activities include playing pool, open gym, strength training, lap swim, group exercise classes, special events, homework help and community service projects.
Enrichment classes include
DIY Designs, Tuesdays, 5pm to 6pm.
Do it Yourself Creations from jean alterations to tie dye and spray paint. Produce one of a kind work.
Digital Media, Wednesdays, 5pm to 6pm. Express yourself through video production, blogging, digital art and more.
Rhythm and Rhyme, Thursdays, 5pm to 6pm. Express your creative side through recording music, writing songs and poetry or through live performance.
Special Event: St. Patrick's Day Social, Friday, March 15, 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
