fencing beginner/intermediate (ages 7 to 14)
Learn fencing basics and form, as well as fencing sparring and footwork. This class is geared to beginner and intermediate fencers.

This session will be geared toward the advanced fencer, and will emphasize bouting, physical training, and advanced weapons technique. No “beginner” fencers will be permitted in this session.

field hockey clinic (ages 10 to 14)
Field hockey is a lot of fun and unlike regular hockey; you don’t need to know how to ice skate and it is a non-contact sport. Girls learn the fundamentals of field hockey while developing and improving stick skills and positioning. Sportsmanship and teamwork are emphasized. Participants should wear sneakers and have their own stick , goggles, mouth guard. Featuring USA Field Hockey Certified Trainers.
