Ways to Give

Cash and Pledges – Make an immediate commitment to the Y with one- to five-year pledges.  You can do it online by clicking Donate Now or send your contribution to: Summit Area YMCA, 490 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ  07901

Matching Gifts – Your gift could be doubled or even tripled with a matching gift from your employer.  Check with your HR or Benefits office to get information and obtain the correct forms.

Gift in Honor or in Memory of a Friend or Loved One – Make a gift to the Annual Campaign and honor a friend or loved one at the same time.  Just let us know on whose behalf the donation is made.

Marketable Securities – Contribute these appreciated assets directly to the YMCA. For more information, please contact JoAnn Hansen, Director of Development, 908-273-4270, ext. 203. Email JoAnn

Will or Life Insurance – Include the YMCA in your will or purchase a life insurance policy naming the Y as beneficiary.

Charitable Trust or Gift Annuity – Establish a form of charitable trust and/or annuity.

Naming Opportunities – Perpetuate your family legacy, in honor or in memoriam, through this campaign.
